Refund Timeline:

  • If payment is deducted and the order fails or is cancelled, the amount will be automatically refunded within 1-3 business days.

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. Full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.

  • After Dispatch:
    Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. In such cases, please refer to our refund or return process if you have any concerns about the received item.

Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

  • You received an incomplete order.

  • The item is missing from your delivery, and you were charged for it.

  • Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will verify the issue and process the refund within1-3 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Fresh produce once delivered and accepted without issue

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Products returned due to change of mind or personal preferences

Payment Reversals:

  • If payment is deducted and the order fails or is cancelled, the amount will be automatically refunded within 1-3 business days.

  • If you do not receive the refund in the mentioned period, please contact your bank or payment provider.
